My coaching is specifically for people who want to have a breakthrough in an area of their life in which they are stopped or ineffective. The coaching consists of a single, one-on-one, Personal Event, and it takes about a half an hour of emailing and around 2 hours on the phone. The work is all done by you, and I will ask you to ask yourself for your inner truth on a few questions. These questions are drawn from many different personal development disciplines as well as my own intuitive listening. The aim is to boldly look for a habitual negative thought pattern that holds you back without your even realizing that it's there, to recognize the impact that thought has on you and others, and to generate something that inspires you and has you stepping into an entirely new world, free of the tyranny of their unseen pattern. Most people find that the area they had in mind to have a breakthrough in is just one small aspect of where they have been completely and utterly run by an old painful thought.
It's not for everyone. If you're a healthy person and willing to have a breakthrough -- and to really be courageous about asking yourself for your authentic inner truth -- you probably have what it takes to bring yourself to an entirely new level of effectiveness, power, and joy. And if you are content to hold onto your habitual negative thoughts -- resolved might be a better word -- my coaching is not for you. Some issues are better addressed by a mental health professional, and Alegria Coaching is not for those issues. If you're not sure, send me an email and we'll determine whether my coaching is right for you, and if not, we'll take a look at some other options that might get you where you want to go.
The rate for a Personal Event (approximately 2.5 hours total) is $180. Temporary or ongoing reminders, to assist you in building strength and consistency into what you generate during your Personal Event, and motivational coaching are also available -- please contact me for details.
